we respond within 24 hours you can also contact us through the website it will notify us at all times.
we will not issue a refund if you do not want to wait long for your accessories!
if you make a mistake PLEASE contact us so that we can fix the name, color, size, address or email. once it’s in production it can not be changed 

once packages are handed over to USPS we have no control over it & can not replace packages you will have to reach out to your local post office.
